Sales enablement content is only useful if reps can find it in the moment they need it. I built an AI assistant that puts the right answer in front of the right person at the right time.
The Problem
We had dozens of battle cards, case studies, one-pagers, and objection handling docs scattered across Google Drive, Notion, and our CRM. Reps couldn't find what they needed during live calls, so they either winged it or asked a colleague on Slack — introducing delays and inconsistency.
The System
I built a RAG-based assistant that ingests all sales enablement content — positioning docs, competitive battle cards, customer stories, product specs, objection handling guides, and pricing documentation — into a vector store. Sales reps can query it in natural language.
The assistant doesn't just retrieve documents. It synthesizes answers — pulling the relevant competitive differentiator, pairing it with a customer proof point, and framing it in the context of the specific objection or competitor mentioned.
The Impact
The assistant is now embedded in daily sales workflows. Reps use it before calls for preparation and during calls for real-time backup. It has become one of the highest-adoption internal tools, reducing the back-and-forth on Slack and ensuring consistent, accurate messaging across the team.
