Work Experience
Unlike traditional product marketers, I have a multi-disciplinary background. I spent two years in product management at Vodafone and the largest telecom company in Turkey – Turk telekom, which gave me a deep understanding of the product development lifecycle. I spent another two years in data analytics at TELUS and gained hands-on experience with data extraction tools like SQL, data analysis tools such as Python, and visualization tools like Tableau.
In my product marketing roles, I’ve focused on developing and executing winning positioning and growth strategies, launching new products & features with integrated marketing campaigns.




Led the development and execution of the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Rewind’s SaaS solutions in the software development vertical. Successfully repositioned and launched four products and achieved 100% YoY revenue growth. Developed and implemented the GTM playbook which was adopted company-wide. Mentored and indirectly managed two product marketers.
Managed the forecasting and marketing intelligence for the cost of activation and retention (COAR) budget for wireless postpaid business (approximately $1 billion/year). Delivered recommendations on optimizing the return on investment for COAR for retention and acquisition initiatives including iPhone launches, special days (Black Friday, Boxing Day etc), competitive responses and more.
MBA at Schulich School of Business. Led the official consulting/case competition team and won several awards. Graduated with Honors (3.2 GPA)
Led the customer acquisition and product management team (5 people) with a $40 million marketing budget. Turk Telekom is Turkey’s largest telecom company with 15 million internet subscribers.
Developed and executed the cross-sell and bundle strategy for the B2B and B2C segments. Led the brand & product integration initiative for the newly acquired start-up – Borusan Telekom.
